Coming to Closing and Being Prepared
In consideration of the current situation worldwide, Santa Fe Title Company is instituting steps for everyone’s protection. If you are coming in for closing, please follow these basic safeguards, thanks:
Essential signers only should attend please. No visitors, children, pets, etc.
We are glad you’re here – but please keep physical contact to a minimum.
Arrive at the appointed time. Upon arriving, please take the opportunity to wash your hands. You will be escorted to a closing room as soon as possible to keep the lobby clear.
Bring your favorite pen (BLUE INK) or use one of ours, but take it home please, along with any pads, water bottles or other items to make contact with during closing.
There is no legal requirement for your real estate broker or lender to attend, so please don’t be surprised if they don’t. If they do, please practice social distancing. As always, lenders and brokers will receive a copy of the closing statement for their review prior to closing.
We will need to copy your driver’s license, so please have that available and ready.
If you are ill, please contact us for other arrangements. Please do not visit our offices when ill. Mobile or mailout closings are available in many circumstances
We are practicing good hygiene here as well, with offices and desks being cleaned continuously. We will continue to be attentive to safe, health practices.
